Thai massage has a great medical potential. It fits well after trauma, during rehabilitation, after muscle loads, for example, after alpine skiing. Thita perfectly stretches, bends and presses all problematic areas. I know Thita already for eight years and recommend her as a very good therapist.

The main goal of Thai massage is to relieve aches and pains with no use of medications though it actually increases the efficiency of medical treatments if used together. Thai massage is holistic form of healthcare — it actually strives to balance organism by recognizing wholeness and interconnectedness of all its parts and functions.
Thai massage is well suited for relieving muscle pain resulting from strain or repetitive activity, such as sitting in front of a computer for too long or lifting heavy weights.
I had such pain in my back that I could hardly get out of my car. I tried different massage therapists but no one could help me. A friend recommended Thita from ThaiSabai. Already after the third visit pain disappeared completely. I am very grateful to Thita! And I highly recommend her Thai massage to everybody.

Where it’s from?
Thai massage has its roots in ancient traditions of yoga and ayurveda — its developed more than 2500 years ago and is often referred to as “passive yoga” — the combination of stretches and energy movement opens joints, elongates muscles and generally creates space in painful areas to bring relief.
How it’s done?
Thai massage uses passive stretching and gentle pressure along the body’s energy lines to increase flexibility, relieve muscle and joint tension and balance the body’s energy systems. It is both deeply relaxing and energizing.
You start by lying on your back and the therapist uses gentle compression and stretching techniques to open up your body, you legs. Some people say Thai massage is a little like doing yoga without any effort, because the therapist will push your body into various positions without any work on your part.
